My debut novel, Pearl, is set in 1919 East Texas and follows a young woman’s fight for survival in a world set against her. I’ve always been drawn to history—the way it shapes us, the stories hidden in its shadows, and the resilience of those who lived it. Through my writing, I aim to transport readers to the past, immersing them in deeply researched, emotionally compelling narratives.

When I’m not writing, you can usually find me wandering through old bookstores, lost in research, or drinking too much coffee while dreaming up my next story.
